Client is a Global #1 Digital Supply Chain Platform service provider serving the needs of some of the top brands in world. The client engaged us to Performance engineer and tune the platform migration of one of it’s largest clients from On-prem to Cloud infrastructure. The mission critical engagement was to help our client meet stringent KPIs and SLA obligations with their end-client, where failure to do so would attract significant penalties. The challenge for us was to help our client meet their obligations in a time-crunched, engineering intensive and complex environment

• Constructed an end-to-end stakeholder aligned and comprehensive test strategy that provides performance validation of the core Microsoft Azure based Cloud native platform that involved 6TB in data volumes • Engineered a 360-degree performance simulation harness that encompassed multiple load channels across Web UI, Smart Bench Apps, Mobile Apps, Batch Job • Performance assessment that unearthed performance fixes at application code level, s/w configuration, level, h/w sizing, high availability setup changes.
