Business Context
Client had built a loan aggregator system to cater to the Middle East market. There were customized pages according to different countries in the Middle East region. There were multiple validation checks to be made for loan origination.
How did we help the Client?
Client had a huge regressions suite that needed to be executed before every cycle and this was quite a time consuming and cumbersome. Manual validations over multiple cycles was resulting in defects missed due to the laborious tasks.
Selenium, TestNG, MAVEN based automation framework was designed, regression test cases were sequenced in order for priority for automation.
Automation development was carried out in iteration that resulted in having the more critical regression test cases automated and delivered early, readily usable for the test team thereby saving effort for them to focus on exploratory testing and new features.
